A Message from our President Dr. Les Griffith
Through the invaluable input from our Nouvelle Distributors it was brought to my attention that individual responses to PRiME products had varied from batch to batch in the recent past. We know that people do have different sensitivities and responses to herbal formulas and that their dosage requirements can vary, however, these inconsistencies were of great concern to me. I want to finally formally address this situation with you. As a physician and scientist I am extremely concerned with the purity and quality of our products as well as providing consistent predictable results. The good will of our Distributors and customers are our life blood and to maintain that Nouvelle needs outstanding products that maintain their consistency and effectiveness. We remain committed to transforming people's experience with health and weight management and to empower them through a business opportunity that will transform their dreams into their reality. As I previously mentioned, I know that people can have different reactions to substances they ingest, however, the reactions our people had to our flagship product, PRiME, had more discrepancies than I was comfortable with. This concerned me enough to initiate an internal investigation. This investigation has been ongoing and not publicly addressed until now, resulting in awkward communications with some Distributors. If you have felt uncomfortable with the interactions, please accept my apology for that. Though this investigation has not produced anything definitive, there has been sufficient circumstantial information to suggest that we needed to improve our manufacturing standards. As a result we have changed manufacturers to a highly trusted and cGMP certified company. We are continuing to investigate the nature of the variances that occurred to see if we can ascertain what contributed to the discrepancies so that we can continue to provide effective high quality products. During this time it came to our attention through direct correspondence and communication with growers, importers, manufacturers, and research people that we could (and perhaps should) increase the amount of Hoodia in our PRiME to improve results. At the same time I was developing Synergist ATP and excited about Bioperine, a black pepper extract that is a very powerful thermogenic that also greatly improves absorption of nutrients. Combining this new information into an enhanced PRiME formula brought about PRiME Plus. The outcome of this is a weight loss product more potent and more consistent than ever before. What was a challenge is now becoming a blessing. By changing our Hoodia grower and importer, increasing the amount of Hoodia available per dose and adding Bioperine our product is even more effective than ever before! This Month’s Product Feature (Part 2): Synergist ATP
Introducing Nouvelle's Synergist ATP, a daily supplement designed to increase the body’s levels of the critical molecule ATP. Training and Development: February Stands for Two Things: Love and Presidents!
Everywhere you look you see hearts. February 14 is a moment when you can officially declare your love, in case you forgot to do that throughout the rest of the year. Traditionally, candy and flowers are the sweet gifts promoted to say “I love you!” During the month of February we honor our presidents, at least some of the ones we feel did an outstanding job. Being presidential means that you are a leader and are willing to take a stand on what you believe. It means that you lead rather than follow, and because people respect you they follow your lead. This February, consider doing something different. You could be presidential and lead people to a new experience. Rather than following the crowd to Godiva or the florist, you could give the real gift of love: a way to a slim, trim, and a happy new body. You could wrap PRiME or Synergist ATP into a little gift set surrounded with hearts saying “I love you…isn’t it time that you did too!” It’s never too late to love your body! (Back to Top)

The Company – Planning for 2008
2008 has started with political rhetoric in the news, concern for the economy, and hope for the future. Unfortunately in business the future does not get any better by hope; it improves with vision, planning, and execution. You need to know your destination in order to determine the best route, then set your GPS to ultimately get there. Do you have a plan for 2008? NouvelleHEALTH has an outstanding plan. We have invested time energy and passion in developing our business plan for 2008. Our plan includes our sales foreca st, expenses and the resources necessary to reach all our goals. In 2007 our sales increased 220% above our 2006 sales figures. Our current forecast is to grow our 2008 to 300% beyond the 2007 sales volume. This is a realistic goal based on both our effective existing supplements and our exciting new products combined with the outstanding distributor network that you are continually growing. A detailed, credible plan is an important part of managing and growing any business. You as an Independent Marketing Representative should have a plan developed for your business and for your personal life as well. Your business plan includes your sales goals, expectations for the current year, and deployment strategies. It will also include the resources you will need to reach your goals. Details for implementation of the plan will become your GPS for your journey! A great story that illustrates the necessity of a plan is a situation involving one of the country's great Supreme Court justices, Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes. It seems that Justice Holmes was traveling on a train and had misplaced his ticket. Watching him fumble through his belongings and pockets in growing frustration, the conductor tried to ease his mind, "Don't worry about it, Mr. Holmes. I'm sure you have your ticket somewhere. If you don't find it during the trip, just mail it in to the railroad when you reach your destination." Appreciative of the conductor's empathy, yet dismayed by his predicament, Justice Holmes looked the conductor in the eye and responded: "Young man, my problem is not finding my ticket. It is to find where in the world I'm going." Your plan is an essential part of knowing where you are headed and ultimately want to end up Here are nine critical things to consider when developing your goals and actions for 2008: Recognize that you can't keep doing the things you've been doing if you expect things to change. Step back and specify what you really want to achieve this year. What are your financial goals? What are your personal goals? What things will have to change in order to improve your income or achieve your desired changes in your personal life? Become organized. What do you need to do to focus and reach your goals? Focus on your strengths. Recognize your weaknesses and work on ways to develop your weaknesses and turn them to strengths. Focus on new capabilities. Focus on anything that gives you increased ability to accomplish your goals. Focus on networking, connecting, and developing new relationships. Success in your personal life is all about how you manage relationships. Success as a successful Nouvelle IMR is also about developing caring, supportive, and long lasting relationships. For 2008 determine what new and positive work habits are needed that, over time, will produce extraordinary results. Habits make or break you. Observations by Dr. Maxwell Maltz, an America cosmetic surgeon, noted that it took about three weeks for a person to implement psychological changes following surgery. In 1976, after further research, he published his well know personal improvement book, Psycho-Cybernetics. His book stated that it takes 21 days of daily repetition to establish a new habit. Replace unwanted habits with desired habits. Implement a new desired habit and give it 21 days of daily repetition. Work on your attitude while improving your confidence and your behavior. Focus on the quality of life that you are manifesting and enjoy a life worth living. It has been said that the tragedy of life doesn't lie in not reaching your goal.
