Currently, in order to qualify to become a Preferred Customer, a customer must make an initial purchase of either $100 or $50 and a $50 auto-ship.

Starting January 1st, 2008, the qualifications to become a Preferred Customer are changing to require an accumulated minimum product purchase amount of $300 and an enrolment in the auto-ship program for a minimum of $50.

Once a customer has reached the $300 product purchase amount (and this can be achieved over a period of time), the customer contacts Nouvelle’s Customer Service at 702-617-7885 to sign up as a Preferred Customer. At that time, the customer will be asked to sign up and maintain a minimum auto-ship of $50. This new auto-ship is a requirement for Preferred Customer status and cancellation of the auto-ship voids Preferred Customer status.

Current Preferred Customers and Preferred Customers signed up between now and December 31st, will be “grandfathered” in the system and not required to fulfil the above requirements to be qualified.

Nearly a year ago we adjusted the discount rate for Preferred Customers in order to create a more appropriate difference between Distributors and Preferred Customers. It was our intention at that time to make the discount fall evenly between the retail price and the Distributors discount, but decided to implement the change in a two step process to lessen its impact on our loyal customers. Now the time has come to initiate that final change and reduce the discount rate one more time.

2007 – What a great year! The NouvelleHEALTH sales team has met and even exceeded our sales targets for each month in 2007. The total yearly sales volume for the company will be about 240% above the 2006 sales volume. This amazing growth is a direct result of our outstanding Distributors and our wonderful products.

A major part of the success story for this year is how strong the sales have continued through November and early December. These are traditionally slow periods for sales yet, even though our growth rate has slowed a little from prior months, NouvelleHEALTH has continued to meet the targets we set for November and up to the time of this article in December.

NouvelleHEALTH has had a compelling story up to this point. It’s required unique and quality product development by Dr. Griffith and the perseverance to keep the company going during the startup and develop time when so many companies give up and fold. It illustrates Dr. Griffith’s tenacity, but also shows that the NouvelleHEALTH products are effective health related products. The fact that the growth rate is so outstanding and those purchasing products continue to do so each month as well as bring others into the NouvelleHEALTH team is solid evidence that the products work.

As with most young companies there have been some growing pains. Problems are sometimes encountered and solutions found. The exciting part about 2007 is that we found opportunities for improvement in some of those problems making us well positioned for 2008.

We now have a new manufacturer with superior quality control procedures with recognized certifications of the product content and quality. We have moved the distribution to shorten the shipping and distribution time to most customers. We transferred to a new IT provider that will improve our data processing. And at the end of November we relocated to new office space that will allow for better and more efficient company management, customer service, and Distributor service.

All in all, 2007 has been a great year with considerable positive change and growth. We have appreciated the enthusiasm and patience of everyone and feel strongly that we are in a much better position to serve the needs of customers, Distributors, and investors to work together for an extremely successful 2008.

Why do we take vitamin and mineral supplements? Taking supplements can actually help healthy people for a number of reasons. There is the obvious reason that they can help prevent vitamin and mineral deficiencies when the diet is not adequate to provide all the necessary nutrients. But they can also provide amounts of nutrients larger than what normal food intake provides for when needs are temporarily increased. Larger amounts of some nutrients may help overcome some threats and help protect against others.

People may consume foods that are deficient in one or more nutrients for a variety of reasons.
